Steve Dalton is a Senior Analyst at PropCred, specialising in property valuation analysis, valuation review and real estate research.

With more than seven years of experience in the real estate sector, Steve has worked within a Big Four Valuation Centre of Excellence, supporting audit teams across the United Kingdom on complex property valuation matters. His work has involved reviewing valuations prepared by audited entities, assessing supporting evidence and helping audit teams critically evaluate key assumptions and judgements underpinning reported property values.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked closely with auditors, property owners, advisers and valuation professionals to assess valuation methodologies, identify areas of risk and determine whether reported values are supported by market evidence. His experience includes reviewing a wide range of commercial and residential property assets and preparing independent valuation review reports for audit and assurance purposes.

Steve has also participated in meetings and technical discussions with clients, advisers and audit teams, helping translate complex valuation issues into clear, evidence-based conclusions. In addition to project work, he has contributed to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives focused on property valuation, market trends and technical real estate matters.
