With more than five years of experience across real estate analytics, financial modelling and property research, Brian focuses on the development and application of data-driven approaches to property valuation. His work combines market evidence, statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to support more informed property assessments across a wide range of market conditions.

Based in Sydney, Brian has developed particular expertise in analysing properties located in illiquid or thinly traded markets, where comparable sales evidence may be limited and traditional valuation approaches can be challenging to apply. His work helps identify fair value ranges by combining available market data with structured analytical frameworks and property-specific considerations.

Brian has played a key role in the development of PropCred’s proprietary valuation methodology, contributing to the quantitative models and analytical processes used across the platform. His focus on modelling and valuation research has helped strengthen the consistency and transparency of PropCred’s property assessments while providing additional insight beyond traditional valuation methods and generic automated valuation models (AVMs).
