Matt Proctor is Principal Analyst at PropCred, responsible for reviewing property assessments and maintaining the quality and consistency of the research published across the platform.

With experience spanning both Australia and the United Kingdom, Matt has worked across residential, commercial and mixed-use property markets, supporting valuation, market research and advisory projects for leading real estate consulting firms. His background combines traditional property analysis with geospatial and market intelligence, helping clients understand not only what a property may be worth, but the factors that influence value over time.

His experience covers a broad range of property sectors including residential housing, office, industrial and retail property, together with specialist sectors such as student accommodation and build-to-rent developments. He has also contributed to projects involving public sector property and development appraisal.

Matt has a strong understanding of professional valuation methodology and the practical application of RICS Valuation – Professional Standards. His work has involved comparable sales analysis, rental assessments, development feasibility studies and property market research across a range of asset classes. He has extensive experience using industry-standard valuation platforms including Argus ValCap, Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.

At PropCred, Matt reviews property reports before publication, ensuring that analysis is evidence-based, balanced and supported by appropriate market context.
