Because each PropCred report is custom-built using your property details, verified data sources, and analyst review, we begin work immediately after your order is placed.
We allocate time, resources, and computing power the moment payment is confirmed — often delivering within hours. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds once your order has been submitted.
That said, we’re currently in beta testing and committed to improving our service.
If you’re not satisfied with your report, you can request a one-time free review by a senior Property Analyst. Simply send us your specific questions or concerns within 48 hours of receiving the report, and we’ll revise or respond with further insights — at no extra cost.
This policy applies in accordance with Australian consumer law. If your report was not delivered or is significantly different from what was described, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly
